Human Resources Manager
Human resources managers supervise a company's personnel operations, overseeing hiring, dismissals and benefits, among other duties. They work with other company leaders to organize strategies for the best utilization of the workforce, and they must be well-versed in employment law. Most hold a degree with a focus in human resources management. The BLS predicted employment of human resources managers would increase by 13% from 2012-22. The median salary for this job was $100,800 in 2013, according to the BLS.
Accountants are in charge of a firm or individual's financial records, including the payment of taxes. There are several types of accountants, include certified public accountants, who have completed additional training beyond a bachelor's degree and passed a comprehensive examination. According to the BLS, employment of accountants and auditors was expected to grow by 13% from 2012-22. The BLS said the median salary for accountants and auditors was $65,080 in May 2013.
