A member of the California State University system, San Jose State University (SJSU) offers approximately 130 graduate and undergraduate degrees in 110 concentrations. The university enrolls more than 31,000 students. The College of Business offers 11 undergraduate degrees and a minor in business through four departments. The Department of Operations and Management oversees the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration program. The Lucas Graduate School of Business offers a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program.
The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Management program teaches the analytical, decision-making and human resource management skills required to work in operations management. Classes teach strategy and problems in management, organizational behavior and structure, financial analysis and budgeting and supply chain management. The MBA program offers a course in operations and supply chain management as part of its core curriculum, which also includes studies in managing people, decision making analysis, strategic thinking and global management.
