Program Description:

The curriculum of Colorado State University-Global Campus' Master of Science in Organizational Leadership program provides students with the opportunity to study management and organizational theories, practices and strategies. Course topics are likely to include change management, decision-making processes, team building methods, diversity management, organizational behavior, global leadership practices and business communication methods and technologies. This program offers a dual degree option wherein students can take additional credits to also earn a Master of Science in Management. Students with an undergraduate GPA below 3.0 will be required to complete a fundamental writing course. In the capstone course, students will integrate various concepts and techniques studied in the program to gain a deeper understanding of managerial responsibilities and strategies.

Program Length:

Colorado State University-Global Campus master's degrees require that students successfully complete at least 36 semester hours of credits. A maximum of nine (9) semester hours of credits from a regionally accredited institution may be transferred and applied to a CSU-Global master's degree, provided that each transferred course has a grade equivalent to B- or higher and that the credits have not been applied to the student's previous degree(s).

Financial Aid:

Federal financial aid is available to those who qualify in the forms of student loans and grants. CSU-Global students may also be eligible for military and veteran benefits, payment plans, employer reimbursement and scholarships.
