Applicants should have already earned their bachelor's degree with a GPA of 2.8 or higher and may have experience teaching general education at the K-12 level. The ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with other instructional professionals as well as students' families should prove helpful. Applicants to Concordia University Portland's programs should be at least 18 years of age and should have earned a high school diploma or equivalent.
