Colorado State University is located in Fort Collins, Colorado approximately 65 miles north of Denver. Colorado State University offers bachelors, masters, and doctoral level degree programs.

Colorado State University, a leading researcher in infectious disease, atmospheric science, clean energy technologies and environmental science, is located in the urban community of Fort Collins. CSU is the flagship campus for the entire Colorado State University System. CSU is ranked #124 on the America's Best Colleges list and also holds a spot in the top 100 for its business and engineering programs.

In addition to offering bachelor's, master's and doctorate degrees, the school offers pre-professional preparation in health professions, teacher licensure and law.

CSU students participate in over 300 student clubs and organizations, including a daily newspaper, student-run TV and radio stations, honor societies, fraternities and sororities. 25 percent of students also participate in intramural sports.

Admissions are competitive at Colorado State. Incoming freshman generally have a 3.5 GPA and SAT test scores between 1,000 and 1,220.

Despite its large enrollment, students at CSU benefit from a student-to-faculty ratio of 17:1. Thirty-nine percent of classes have fewer than 20 students.
