Cincinnati State Technical and Community College

Cincinnati State Technical and Community College (Cincinnati State) is a 2-year public school that offers technical and career-focused programs. Cincinnati State does not offer a certificate program in Web design, but does have an associate's degree program through the school's Center for Innovative Technologies.
