How does current flow, from + to - or vice versa? Why? Explain.
Electric current flows easily through materials having less resistance value. If there is some net flow of an electrical charge, we can say that an electric current exists in that region.
Answer and Explanation:
- The current is assumed to be a flow of positive charges.
- Like charges repel each other and unlike charges attract each other.
- The positive charges have repulsion to positive terminal and attraction towards negative terminal.
- Therefore, the electric current flows from positive to negative terminal.
