Human Resources:

  • In a business, Human Resources will be valuable to the entire operation. Alternatively, business success cannot be achieved without a well-trained employees and managers.
  • If a firm cannot retain skillful employees, the instability in Human Resources will cease the development of business and forgo opportunities to advance its market position in the future.
  • Depending on the required skills by the firm's core business, HR Department will have to recruit employees that are qualified for the positions. However, to retain those employees, the firm' culture is one of the key elements.
