Also known as event-driven marketing or trigger-based marketing, interactive marketing use various communication platforms which allows the company to directly connect with its clients. This allows the company to immediately know and respond to the customers with regard to their concerns about the company's products and services, making the company more receptive and efficient in addressing problems as well as promoting their business to their customers.
