Where is St. Mary's Glacier?

St. Mary's Glacier:

Saint Mary's Glacier is a mountain glacier and popular hiking destination. It empties into a high-elevation glacial lake, but like many glaciers these days it is receding, melting more quickly than it is being replenished.

Answer and Explanation:

St. Mary's Glacier is located in the Arapaho National Forest, within the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. The base of the glacier is about 10,850 feet above sea level. The glacier and its lake are about a mile west of the state capital of Denver, and near the mountain town of Idaho Springs.
