About This Course
Several short but informative text lessons in this course will provide overviews of customer experience practices, terms and strategies. Chapters in this study guide address such topics as employee relations, customer engagement, customer expectations and satisfaction, customer service metrics and ways to communicate customer service plans and attract customers. Project management, business strategies, client prospecting and organizational management are other topics of discussion covered in this guide.
About the CCXP Exam
The CCXP exam is used to provide professional certification to those working in the field of customer service and experience. The exam covers six competencies that include: customer-centric culture; organizational adoption and accountability; VOC, customer insight and understanding; experience design and improvement; metrics, measurement and ROI; and customer experience strategy. There are a total of 70 questions on this computer-based exam, and test-takers have two hours in which to complete the entire exam. The question format is multiple-choice. To pass this exam, 80% of these questions must be answered correctly.
CCXP Exam Preparation & Registration
This study guide is designed to cover all of the topics you will need to know to be fully prepared to take the CCXP exam. Text lessons are written by professionals in the field and can be printed and used as quick references. Self-assessment quizzes at the end of each lesson allow you to gauge what you have learned and identify any information that you might need to further review. You can also choose to contact instructors with questions regarding any lesson.
You must possess a bachelor's degree and have three years' experience in a customer service position to be eligible to take the CCXP exam. Once you meet this criteria, you must submit a completed application that can be obtained by registering online at the Customer Experience Professionals Association website. Once your application has been processed and fees have been paid, you can schedule the date, time and site for your exam. The exam is graded immediately. Once you have obtained this certification, it must be renewed every two years.
