The MTTC Marketing Education (036) test is for anyone who wants to become a certified marketing teacher in the state of Michigan. This exam is designed to test your marketing knowledge and teaching abilities and is split into three sections.

Preparing and Registering for the MTTC Marketing Education (036) Subject Test
Short video lessons cover marketing topics found on the MTTC Marketing Education (036) test. You can jump around topics within the course, so you'll be able to skip or skim topics you remember well, and you can spend more time on subjects that need extra study. This course is designed to take you through principles of marketing, like how to create a marketing plan, ethical target marketing and exchange rates. You can chart your progress by taking the quizzes at the end of every lesson to see how well you understood the information presented. You can then review the lesson again, or move on to another topic.
You will be able to register for the MTTC Marketing Education (036) test approximately a month and a half before any given test date. There are four available test dates every year. You can also register at or before the late and emergency registration dates, but you will be charged an extra fee. You'll register using an online account that contains your personal information. On the test day, you should bring your test ticket, some sharp No. 2 pencils and a government-issued photo identification.
Scoring the MTTC Marketing Education (036) Subject Test
After completing the MTTC Marketing Education (036) test, you should expect to receive your scores about four weeks after the test date. Scores can be reviewed online and a passing score is 220.
