Registration for this or any Praxis exam can be completed online, by phone or by mail. Simply access the ETS website, pay required test fees and print out the admission ticket emailed to you. If you prefer to register by mail, download and print the Test Authorization Voucher Request Form, complete it and mail to ETS. You will be mailed a voucher with instructions for registration. If registering by phone, you must call the toll-free number to register and pay fees by credit or debit card. An additional charge is attached to the use of the phone registration service.
