Preparing and Registering for the Washington Real Estate Broker Exam

To qualify for this exam, individuals must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma. Also required are i) a 60-hour course in Real Estate Fundamentals and ii) a 30-hour course in Real Estate Practices. (Visit the Washington State Department of Licensing to view a list of approved real estate education.) Register as a student with Applied Measurements Professionals, Inc. (AMP), the testing vendor for this exam. Your school must then submit proof of the above education requirements to AMP. Once this is done, you can schedule your exam and pay your exam fees through the AMP website. This exam is administered by computer at 12 testing sites in Washington.
