Married to Loretta. He is described as an alcoholic and the leader of the motorcycle gang the Panheads. He is a friend of Max's father. He tries to save Max when he is kidnapped.
Dr. Spivak
She is the doctor for Kevin. She is described to be honest and forthcoming with Kevin and his mother during appointments. Reveals to Max when and how Kevin passed.
Annie Kane
She was Maxwell's mother who was murdered by Kenneth. She is very missed by her parents.
Tony D.
He is a troubled juvenile. He first came into the story while meeting Max and Kevin during a 4th of July celebration. He pressured them for fireworks while using his gang to antagonize them.
