Flashcard Overview

Mental health is important to understand and recognize. We deal with emotions and exhibit behaviors because of our psychological or mental health. When we feel scared or happy, it is because of how our mental state is reacting to our environment. How we interact in social settings is also related to our mental well-being. Use these flashcards to understand moods and behaviors commonly associated with the psychology of mental health.
