A powerful man in Ruby who, along with his twin brother Steward, owns the bank. He is married to Soane but had an affair with Connie and was part of the massacre.

A midwife who tried to warn of the coming massacre of women at the Convent
Save-Marie Fleetwood
The youngest child in the Fleetwood family and the first citizen of Ruby to die in two decades, which upends the idea of Ruby as a utopia and symbolizes the theme of redemption
