African Diseases Lesson Plan

What are the most common diseases in the country of Africa? This lesson plan uses a text lesson to explain key facts to students. An activity aimed at analysis provides a platform for students.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this lesson, students will be able to:

  • explain the vulnerabilities of Africa in regard to disease
  • list the most common diseases of Africa
  • discuss preventative measures for the diseases of Africa
