Business math focuses on the skills that students will need to understand as a citizen and consumer in their community. This asset contains projects related to business math.

Business Math

Every day people in your community use math to make financial decisions that impact their lives. From filling out a tax return to making a realistic food budget, math matters to your students. The following projects allow students to apply what they have learned to relevant real-world scenarios. Students will work collaboratively to research the cost of taxes, an event budget, and make credit card comparisons before creating visuals related to their research to share with the class.
