ESL Restaurant Lesson Plan

Instructor: Matthew Hamel

Matt has degrees in Journalism and Business and has taught a variety of courses at high schools and universities around the world.

In this lesson, teachers are provided with individual and group activities designed to teach English as a Second Language learners about restaurant related phrases and vocabulary.

Learning Objectives

After reviewing this lesson, students will be able to:

  • use restaurant vocabulary accurately and effectively
  • participate in common restaurant situations and interactions
  • demonstrate how to make restaurant requests and complaints
