Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead

In 2005, after receiving news from his doctor that his current health and habits would lead to an early death, Joe Cross decided to make a dramatic lifestyle change. He embarked on a 60-day juice fast and traveled across America to talk to people about health, eating habits and the way the food industry works in the country. Cross shares what he learned and how it changed his life in Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead, which was released in 2010.
