Looking for some fun games students can play that will help them learn about European geography? This lesson contains a few game ideas that will engage students in learning about the map of Europe.

European Geography: Deceptively Difficult

Some students approach European geography with a bit of overconfidence. They see Europe as a very small continent compared to others and, therefore, think that learning about European countries and their placement will be a breeze. Anyone that has attempted to do so will claim otherwise, though! To help students accomplish this rather daunting task, you can engage them with a few of the games described below. Each game is flexible enough that it can be modified to fit the needs of your students.
