This checklist will help you evaluate the effectiveness of your business decisions. You'll be able to easily go through the checklist and look for implications of your decisions in your finances, interpersonal relationships, and in the long-term success of your business.

Important Factors in Evaluating Business Decisions

Supervisors are responsible for making many decisions that ultimately impact the long term success of a company. There are certain steps that should be taken when implementing those decisions to evaluate their success.

First, you need to look at the current financial and interpersonal situations at the company. Then, after implementing the decision, carefully track how these parameters change through financial trends or employee surveys, conversations or questionaries. Lastly, the decisions can be modified based on the results.

To help you stick with this evaluation strategy as described in the lesson Evaluating the Impact of Your Business Decisions, here is a checklist with the key points.
