Many organizations recognize the importance of motivating workers to produce a happy and productive workplace. What's the best way to motivate employees? This infographic outlines intrinsic and extrinsic rewards and how to use them in the workplace.

Motivating Employees

The more motivated employees are, the more productive and happier they are. For this reason, it's important for organizations to know how to motivate their employees.
