Childhood Activities

Time to be a kid again! Lots of phrases today! ¡Vamos!

Jugar deportes - to play sports 'Me gusta mucho jugar deportes. Mi favorito es el baloncesto.'

Disfrazar(se) de fantasma - to dress (oneself) up as a ghost 'Yo quiero disfrazarme de fantasma‚Ķ ¡Qué divertido!'

Columpiar(se) en el parque - to swing (oneself) at the park '¡Me encanta columpiarme! Juanito se columpia también.'

Trepar los árboles - to climb trees '¡Mira! ¡Estoy trepando este árbol! ¡Y no tengo miedo!'

Saltar en la cama - to jump on the bed 'Creo que a todos los niños nos gusta saltar en la cama.'

Ver/Mirar dibujos animados - to watch cartoons 'En la mañana, nosotros vemos (miramos) dibujos animados mientras nuestros padres duermen.'

Leer las tiras cómicas - to read comic books 'Yo no leo las tiras cómicas. ' '¡Yo sí! Las tiras cómicas son fantásticas.'

Fingir ser astronauta - to pretend to be an astronaut ' '?Sabes lo que soy? Me gusta fingir ser astronauta. ¡¡Voy a la luna!!'
