Welcome to the Cooking Show

Hola y bienvenidos al programa, ¡'Cocina Saludable'! Hoy vamos a hacer dos ensaladas diferentes, una ensalada de verdura y otra de fruta. ¡Vamos a cocinar!

Vocabulary: Vegetables

Primero, vamos a hacer la ensalada de verdura. Los ingredientes son: lechuga, cebolla, tomate, zanahoria, maíz, guisantes y si quieren judías verdes.

Onion
Cebolla


Tomato
Tomate


Carrot
Zanahoria


Corn
Maiz


Green Beans and Peas
Guisantes y Judias Verdes


Primero voy a cortar lechuga. Luego, dos tomates rojos y una cebolla. A mí me gustan las zanahorias. Tres zanahorias para la ensalada. Una lata de maíz o si prefieren una mazorca. Los últimos dos ingredientes: guisantes y judías verdes. Hay que mezclar todo muy bien. Ahora el aliño. Echamos aceite de oliva, vinagre, sal y pimiento.

Ahora, vamos a hacer una ensalada de fruta. Esta receta incluye manzana, plátano, uvas, naranja y fresas.

Primero, cortan tres manzanas y una naranja. Añadimos dos plátanos y un puñado de uvas. Para terminar cortamos unas fresas. Pueden echar azúcar si la quieren más dulce!
