The Crow and the Pitcher is an Aesop fable that teaches lessons in perseverance, determination, and problem solving. The activities below, created for use with lower to middle elementary students, can be used to help students find meaning in the story and apply the morals intended to go along with this clever fable.

Water Level Experiment

Materials: empty water bottles, marbles, access to a water source, Sharpie pen, writing paper, pencils
