Instructor: Daisy Rogozinsky
In the lesson The Pygmalion Effect: Influencing Employee Behavior, you learned about the Pygmalion effect and how to use it to influence employee behavior. Here, you will apply this knowledge to scenarios both hypothetical and from your own workplace.

Scenario

You are the manager of a fine dining restaurant. One of your employees is great at every part of her job except that she is almost always late for her shifts. You are preparing a performance review for her and want to use the Pygmalion Effect to encourage your employee to be more punctual. Write one to two paragraphs addressed to your employee as though you are delivering them to her during a performance review.
