How to See If Your School Accepts Credit

Interested in transferring credit your earn on to your college? This video will show you how to check if your college will will accept credit.

Now that you know you can earn college credit through the College Accelerator program, let's go over how you can find out if your school accepts credit.

First, we suggest that you talk to your college admissions office to verify if your school accepts college transfer credits. currently offers courses that are credit recommended by the American Council on Education (ACE) and the National College Credit Recommendation Service (NCCRS), so you can ask your school if they accept college credit recommended by either credit recommending body.

Another way to find out is by going to this page and scrolling down to this search tool. You can type in the name of your school and the results will show you:

  • if your school guarantees credit
  • if your school accepts ACE or NCCRS recommended courses for credit
  • or if our courses are not eligible for credit transfer at your school

If the search results show that your school guarantees credits, it means that you may transfer credit earned from our credit-eligible courses to your school. You can learn how to transfer those credits by watching this video.
