If you an HR professional with certifications through the HR Certification Institute, you need to complete recertification every three years to maintain your credentials. Depending on your designation, you'll need to earn between 45 and 60 hours of Continuing Education (CE) credit. You can take your courses online to renew these hours on your schedule and at your pace.

What You Need to Do

So, how can you start earning those CE credits with our engaging, self-paced courses?

  1. Determine what type of Continuing Education credits are required for your HRCI recertification
  2. Browse our list of courses that are pre-approved for HRCI credit
  3. Find the courses that fit your needs
  4. Sign up for a Premium account!
  5. Once you've completed your course, take these steps:
  • Click the Support tab
  • Fill out the form to submit a ticket asking for your Certificate of Completion for your course, specifically mentioning that you took the course for HRCI Continuing Education credit
  • Answer the question: 'What is your question regarding?' with 'Request Certificate'

Certificates will then be emailed within 5 business days. The Certificate of Completion will contain the following information:

  • Provider's name (that's us!) and pre-approved activity number
  • Your name
  • The date and course
  • The number of CE credits granted by the course
