Did you know that 31 million adults in the US have earned some college credit but don't yet have a degree? They want a bachelor's degree but life and cost has gotten in the way.

Meet Jane. She's one of the 31 million. She's taken some college classes over the past few years but has trouble balancing traditional classes with her busy work schedule. She's ready to finally complete her degree and is looking for a simple, cost-effective way to earn her degree without interfering with her other responsibilities.

Jane has just learned about Study.com's College Accelerator. Through this program, Jane can use Study.com's college courses to earn a college degree from our partner Thomas Edison State University, a respected regionally accredited state university. Plus, she's excited to learn that her employer's tuition assistance program will cover the full cost of her program.

She signs up and works with her Success Coach to create a personalized degree roadmap, which tells her exactly which courses she needs to earn her degree. Her coach reviews her transcripts and applies her previously earned credits towards her degree plan. Jane learns that she can take most of her remaining courses right on Study.com. Then she'll take one final course online from Thomas Edison State University to complete her degree.

Jane starts her Study.com courses right away with Business 101: Principles of Management. She watches the 5 minute video lessons on her phone during her lunch break. Jane learns best by watching the video first and then reading the transcript. Afterwards, she takes a short quiz to make progress through the course.

Jane aims to complete one course per month. With the help of her Success Coach and other tools on Study.com, she easily stays on schedule. Before she knows it, she's completed all of her Study.com courses.

Her Coach helps her transfer her credits and enroll at Thomas Edison State University. Then she completes her final course online and graduates.

Jane used to think that she didn't have the time or money to complete her bachelor's degree. Now, she has her degree in hand and can't wait to see what opportunities it will open up for her.

If you're interested in using Study.com to accelerate your path to a college degree, let your employer know. Like Jane, you also could use tuition assistance to earn your degree with zero debt.
