Study.com customer service can answer any login, cost, or other questions you might have. Email Study.com customer service at support@study.com or click the Support tab on the right side of any page to fill out our support form. We reply to most customer service messages in less than one business day.

How to Log In to Study.com

Log in to your Study.com account by entering the email you used to create your account. If your log in does not work, here are a few steps to try:

  • Reset your password by clicking the reset password link on the login screen
  • Try logging in with any additional email accounts you have.
  • Contact Study.com customer service for help. We can look up your account and help you get logged in.

What does Study.com cost?

Study.com offers many plans customized to your unique situation. We offer unique plans for teachers, homeschool, college credit, test prep, homework help to find the right one for you.

How do I request a Study.com refund?

We hope you are happy with your Study.com membership and find it valuable. When you are done using Study.com you can cancel at any time. If you would like to request a refund, please contact support at support@study.com or by filling out a support ticket by clicking the support button on the right side of the page. We review most requests within one business day. If you are granted a refund you will typically receive it within 3 business days.

Please note that each refund request is reviewed individually and you may not be eligible for a refund. For information about your specific situation please email support@study.com.
