The General Equivalency Development (GED) tests are a series of exams that students in the United States can take to show they have high school level academic skills. There are four subject areas on the GED: Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies. Passing the GED exams requires significant time, money, and effort. To help with the preparation process, Study.com has created three scholarships.

First Prize: $500

Second Prize: $250

Third Prize: $250

Application Form

Eligible and interested test takers can fill out an application form to enter for a chance to win one of the three prizes.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must be a citizen or permanent resident of the United States of America. Applicants must plan on taking the GED exams by April 1st, 2019. The application deadline is April 1, 2019.

Winner Selection and Disbursement of Funds

The winner will be notified by telephone or email. Prizes will be disbursed by a check issued from Study.com. The check will be mailed to the winner's address as entered on the scholarship application form.
