Meet Mike. He works for your company and just activated his membership. Mike has a high school diploma and has never attended college. He knows he wants advance his career but doesn't know how to get started.

During the initial goals assessment, Mike's success coach helps him achieve clarity that he wants to become a manager and earn an associate's degree.

Now that Mike has identified his goals, his coach wants to make sure he is ready to succeed in college and is well informed about his school options.

He directs Mike to's college readiness course. It takes Mike a week to complete the course. He learns that he has the basic skills he needs but will probably need some additional support in math once he's enrolled.

Next, his coach directs him to's course on how to choose a school. He learns about online vs. traditional education, community colleges, and the differences between for-profit and not-for-profit schools. He decides that his local community college is the best option for him.

Next, his coach sends him the micro course on paying for college and Mike learns how to apply for financial aid and grants and fill out his FAFSA. Now he's ready to enroll.

His coach helps him map out his degree, and he enrolls in his first two courses, Intro to Management and College Algebra. During his check in, Mike shares how much he loves his management course but, not surprisingly, the math course is going too fast for him. His coach assigns him's college algebra course, which consists of self-paced video lessons that simplify and explain every topic in the course.
