6. Conditional Statements in Math

7. Logic Laws: Converse, Inverse, Contrapositive & Counterexample
Logical statements can be useful, but only if we are able to determine their validity. In this lesson, we'll look at the various forms of a logical statement and see how they relate to each other.
8. Boolean Algebra: Rules, Theorems, Properties & Examples
In this lesson you will discover and use the rules of Boolean algebra to simplify Boolean expressions (statements that are either True or False). The Rules of Boolean algebra are given in a table, and a few examples show how to use them.
9. What is an Algorithm? - Definition & Examples
Algorithms are everywhere. Computers use them, your friends use them, even you use them. Learn more about what algorithms are, as well as create some algorithms of your own.
10. Using Algorithms to Solve Math Problems
Algorithms are precise sets of instructions that tell us exactly how to do something. In this lesson, we will explore how to use algorithms to solve math problems.
11. Mathematical Terminology, Concepts & Notation
Have you ever thought that math was too hard to understand, or ever made the statement, ''I just don't get it?'' Maybe the trouble is you don't understand the language. This lesson will break down some of the language of math's most common words and translate it to 'English' for you.
