CBASE Science: Scientific Research Methods Objectives

The purpose of the CBASE exam is to assess the basic science, English, math and social studies skills of college students for admittance into a teacher education program. Our CBASE test prep courses are designed to assist you as you prepare for this test. Specifically, this chapter addresses the segment of the test that covers scientific inquiry, field and lab work.

Of the 180 questions on the CBASE test, 41 are contained under the science section. The question format is multiple-choice. You are presented with a question and about four possible answers, from which you much choose the correct one.
