Objectives of the CEOE Business Education: Environmental Law Chapter

Oklahoma uses the CEOE Business Education exam to gauge comprehension of business fundamentals and readiness to teach these concepts in the classroom. Part of the licensure process, the exam covers five key areas of business: management, finance, information systems, marketing and accounting. The exam has one constructed-response question and 80 selected-response questions. We offer self-assessment quizzes that utilize the same format as the selected-response questions on the exam so you can get used to the format before you register. The subarea on business management is where the questions about environmental law and regulations are asked. It makes up roughly 25% of the exam, including the constructed-response question.
