1. How Elements in Water Affect Humans, Animals & the Environment
Water is essential to the planet. Animals, plants, and humans need water just to survive. We take clean water for granted. In this lesson, we will look at the effect of three different chemical substances on our water and their impact on our lives and the environment around us.
2. Air's Chemical Composition & Environmental Effects
Air is all around us. We breathe in air every second, of every day. We couldn't survive without it. In this lesson, we will learn about the chemicals that make up air. We will look at sources of air pollution, the effect it has on us, and the environment we live in.
3. Soil's Chemical Composition & Environmental Effects
Soil is extremely important for all life on Earth. Animals and plants need soil to live. In this lesson, we are going to learn what soil is made of, explore different types of soil, and discover some of the environmental problems that soil suffers from.
4. Carbon Dioxide's Impact on the Environment
In this video lesson, we will learn about carbon dioxide and its effect on the environment. We will learn about its role in photosynthesis and the role it plays in global warming and ocean chemistry. A short quiz will test our knowledge.
