CUNY Assessment Test in Math: Linear Equations Chapter Objectives

All new CUNY students take the Assessment Test in Math to evaluate their knowledge for placement at the correct level. The exam contains four sections, and questions on linear equations are in the section on algebra.

All questions on the test are multiple choice, as are the questions on our lesson quizzes and the chapter exam. The quizzes and the exam let you get a feel for what taking a test in this format is like and also offer a way to assess your knowledge. The answer keys contain links back to sections of the video lessons, so if you answer a question incorrectly, it's simple to return to that part of the video for review.
