Energy - ORELA Middle Grades General Science Chapter Objectives

In Oregon, the ORELA Middle Grades General Science assessment has been replaced by the NES Middle Grades General Science assessment. The test is designed to gauge educators' comprehension of science topics to ensure they're prepared to secure licensure and teach the subject in the classroom. The assessment is broken into four content domains. The lessons in this chapter cover topics found in the physical science content domain, which constitutes about 31% of the total test.
