GACE Early Childhood Education: Resources & Technology Chapter Objectives

If you're pursuing early childhood teacher certification in the state of Georgia, you'll need to pass the GACE Early Childhood Education assessment. It assesses your knowledge of several core subjects, ranging from language arts to science, and your understanding of teaching methods.

The examination has two tests that in total have 152 questions. Most are in selected-response format like our lesson quizzes, but there are two questions that require you to develop written responses. These constructed-response questions focus on topics in line with those covered in this chapter. They are part of the analysis subarea, which makes up 25% of Test I.
