Objectives of the GACE History: The US in World War ll Chapter

All Georgia teachers who desire certification in history must pass the GACE History exam. The exam is in two parts, and questions on the U.S. in World War II are on test II in the subarea on U.S. history from 1877 to the present, where 40% of that test's questions are found.

All questions in this subarea are multiple-choice, and the exam is administered on computer. Some of the questions stand alone, but in other sections of the exam, you'll be asked to read a passage and answer several related questions. The quizzes in this chapter may help you become comfortable answering multiple-choice questions on computer. You'll also get to assess your learning through the quizzes and see if there are any areas where you need additional study before taking the exam.
