International Economic Development - MTEL Political Science/Political Philosophy Chapter Objectives

In Massachusetts, educators take the MTEL Political Science/Political Philosophy test to secure the licensure needed to teach the subjects in classrooms throughout the state. The subject-matter test consists of 100 multiple-choice questions and 2 open-response assignments that examine your comprehension of political philosophy, U.S. government and civics, history and more. Topics in this chapter are found in the geography and economics subarea, which constitutes about 10% of the total test.

You can prepare for the exam by gaining greater insight into international economic development using the lessons in this chapter.
