The quizzes will include links to the material you may still need to study. The practice chapter exam is there to provide you with an opportunity to see if you possess the skills necessary to solve quadratic equations on the Massachusetts Test for Educator Licensure (MTEL) Mathematics/Science (Middle School) exam.

MTEL Middle School Math/Science: Quadratic Equations Objectives

The MTEL Mathematics/Science (Middle School) exam is a certification requirement for middle-grades math and science teachers in the state of Massachusetts. This four-hour computer-based exam is composed of 100 multiple-choice and two constructed-response questions. Of the knowledge measured with these questions, 12% will be about patterns, relations and algebra, which may include questions asking you to solve quadratic equations. Improve your ability to use different techniques to solve quadratic equations by studying this chapter.
