The Michigan Test for Teacher Certification (MTTC) Integrated Science (Secondary) exam is a series of 100 multiple-choice questions that are used to measure the scientific knowledge of prospective secondary science teachers. This assessment can be taken in a paper-based format that is administered in a four-hour and 30-minute testing session or a computer-based format that takes two hours and 30 minutes to complete. Of the material covered, 25% will be about life science, and may include some questions about the anatomical structures of humans.
