MTTC Integrated Science (Secondary): Science, Technology & Society Chapter Objectives

The MTTC Integrated Science (Secondary) exam is used to assess the scientific knowledge of educators wanting to become certified high school science teachers in Michigan. This certification exam can be taken as 4.5 hour paper-based test or a 2.5 hour computer-based test. Both tests ask a series of 100 multiple-choice questions, 25% of which test your understanding of the foundations of scientific inquiry. In this chapter, you will prepare for questions in that section that ask about the relationship between science, technology and society.
