### MTTC Math (Secondary): Symmetry, Similarity and Congruence Chapter Objectives

Reviewing the information in this chapter could help you correctly answer questions on the 'Measurement and Geometry' sub-area of the MTTC Math (Secondary) examination. The equivalent of 22% of the four-part examination, the sub-area evaluates your ability to understand the similarity and congruence of several shapes.

You will be given the option of computer or paper testing. The paper option includes a time limit of four hours and 30 minutes. If you choose to take the computer-administered examination, you will have up to two hours and 30 minutes for completion. Either version consists of 80 multiple-choice questions that, correctly answered, could qualify you for a mathematics teaching certification in Michigan.
