NES: Between the World Wars Objectives

If you want to become a middle grades social science teacher, you will need to score a 220 or higher on the NES Middle Grades Social Science exam before earning your teacher's certification. When you take this three-hour exam, you can expect to see 150 multiple-choice questions that are intended to measure your understanding of the social sciences. Of the material covered in this exam, 50% percent will be about historical events and may include some questions about the consequences of World War I and the events leading up to World War II.
