NES Middle Grades Math: Properties of Lines Chapter Objectives

Of the four content domains in the NES Middle Grades Mathematics test, the content of this chapter relates principally to the Measurement and Geometry domain, which accounts for 25% of the overall content. The test includes 150 multiple-choice questions in all and you have 4 hours and 15 minutes to complete it. The test is scored on a scale from 100-300. To pass, you must meet the national benchmark score of 220.

The NES website has more information on registration, scoring and score reports, and a detailed test framework. Be sure to refer to your state licensing agency's website as well to find out whether you will register through NES or the state website.
