The content of this chapter focuses principally on the Measurement and Geometry content domain of the NES Middle Grades Mathematics exam, which accounts for about 25% of the overall test content. Understanding the properties of quadrilaterals is an integral part of demonstrating mastery of objective 0008, which tests knowledge of Euclidean geometry. The test has 150 multiple-choice questions in all, and you'll have 4 hours and 15 minutes to complete them. They score on a scaled system from 100-300 with a national benchmark score of 220 needed to pass. You will get your scaled score at the test center, but the detailed score report will take a couple of weeks to be published.
